Asthetic great - cushion needs some work
We are absolutely in love with the color and the shape/size of this couch. It fits in our space exactly as we’d hoped. We love that we can store some thing under it as well. Our biggest complaint is that the back cushions and one of the seat cushions have lost their firmness pretty quickly. We don’t have kids or pets using the couch, just adults so we are a bit disappointed with it’s inability to keep up with normal wear. When we’ve messaged Castlery about it, they’ve done little to support.

Cheap fabric. Uncomfortable seats.
The fabric on this started pilling within first few months of normal use. We do not have any pets. Just humans using the couch as humans do. The seats are pretty stiff. We expected them to get more comfortable over time but that hasn't happened in 1y +of regular use.
Google ads that will lead you to this sofa claim machine washable covers. This is misleading as when you remove the covers they clearly state dry-clean only.
