Promotional Codes

The Castlery Club
By joining The Castlery Club, you are subject to Castlery’s Terms of Use and Castlery’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Castlery’s Store Credits Program:
Eligibility. Customers will be required to create a Castlery account to be eligible for the Store Credits Program. Customers with existing Castlery accounts will be eligible for The Castlery Club by default. Only one account may be associated with a single email address.
Credits. Credits will be added into the customer account after a qualifying action is done, unless explicitly specified. Credits are valid for customers of www.castlery.com/us. All issued credits are non-transferable and will expire after 1 year of inactivity on the Castlery website unless stated. If credits are not redeemed within this period, the credits will expire. Customers with qualifying credits can redeem them for vouchers in the following conversions:
- 50 credits = $50 off (min. spend $1,000)
- 100 credits = $100 off (min. spend $1,500)
- 200 credits = $200 off (min. spend $2,000)
- 300 credits = $300 off (min. spend $2,800)
Vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed using credits earned by the customer through qualifying methods. Vouchers are unique and tied to your account when you redeem them. Vouchers are only applicable to the cost of products and are not applicable on shipping costs, Room Of Choice and White Glove delivery services, or Mulberry Extended Warranty unless explicitly specified. Vouchers are valid for customers of www.castlery.com/us. Vouchers are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless stated. To be eligible, The Castlery Club members must have made at least one purchase before and add their birthday to their profile at least seven days before their birthday month begins. The Welcome Voucher (“Promotion”) will be issued upon successful subscription to the Castlery Mailing List from Apr 28, 2025 at 00:00 (PT). The $50 off $1,000 voucher is applicable for use on a single check out, where the minimum spend is reached (“Spend Amount”). The voucher (“Offer”) can only be used once per unique customer, applicable on first orders only. The "Spend Amount" does not include shipping charges. Spend and Be Rewarded (“Promotion”) is applicable on all eligible purchases with a minimum spend of $2,000 from Apr 28 2025 at 00:00 (PT). Eligible customers will receive the 150 credits in their Castlery accounts after the eligible order has been delivered and return window is closed. The Promotion is applicable to orders with a min. spend of $2,000 at a single check out on Castlery products, where the minimum purchase amount is reached (“Spend Amount”). Castlery Review Voucher
After placing a published review on www.castlery.com, 30 credits (text review) or 50 credits (image review) will be added into your Castlery account (www.castlery.com/us/rewards). The issued credits are non-transferable and will expire after 1 year of inactivity on the Castlery website unless stated.
Credits can be redeemed for vouchers as outlined in the “Credits” section above. Redeemed vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or promotional codes unless stated. Castlery Referral Terms
As a participant of Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend Program (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Castlery’s Terms of Use and Castlery’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend program:
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.castlery.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who
- i/ arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link.
- ii/ is a first time purchaser at Castlery
- iii/ has an order greater than US$1000 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.

You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Customer Feedback Giveaway
Customer Feedback Giveaway (“Giveaway”) takes place from the first calendar day to the last calendar day of every quarter. (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is hosted by Castlery, and requires each Participant to complete a survey (“Entry”).
Limit to one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the contestant. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
One (1) winner will be chosen from all valid survey entries. This Giveaway is open to all customers who submit a valid survey entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway: 1) Employees of Castlery (temporary and permanent) and members of their immediate family; 2) Permanent employees of any vendors that are directly involved in organising or conducting the Giveaway. Final decision of Winners will be made at the sole discretion of Castlery. The winner will be contacted via email at the end of the giveaway period.
The winner will receive a $200 Castlery gift voucher (“Prize”) if he/she participated in the survey; or a $300 Castlery gift voucher if he/she attended an interview after completing the survey.
By participating in this Giveaway, Participants are consenting to Castlery’s usage of personal data in connection with the giveaway and release Castlery, from and against any and all liability or claims for any and all legal claims, injury, loss, illness, litigation or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of the Prize. The Winner must present adequate proofs of identity that tally with submitted entry details before being eligible to redeem the Prize. Castlery reserves the right to verify the validity of the giveaway entries and may at its sole discretion disqualify where the submission is done by a non-qualifying member.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credits. The Prize can be used in conjunction with ongoing storewide promotions and cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher codes. Limited to one-time use only. The Prize has no minimum spend, if applied to a basket size that is below the Prize value, no refund will be given for amount unutilized. No cancellation of order is allowed with usage of the voucher code. Voucher is valid for 4 months from date of issue. The voucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credits. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in immediate cancellation of the voucher. The voucher cannot be used retrospectively on past orders.
