Quite Satisfied
This was my first time purchasing a sofa online without the chance to see and feel in person. I was most concerned with quality and comfort. Coming from a cloud couch that lived a good life, I wanted something with more structure yet comfortable. Jackpot! It has a solid frame with good workmanship and the cushions seems well constructed. We also received it two weeks early. This was a pleasant surprise and the local delivery company was timely and efficient.

Beautiful and well built
This bed is well designed. It took two of us a little less than 90 minutes to assemble .It is heavy! Very glad we paid for second floor delivery. The appearance is just as pictured online. Very pretty. The storage is very useful. However, it is hard to get the initial lift going, so it doesn’t lift inappropriately. The product was supposed to be’ well packaged. However, our headboard was not fully encased in the plastic as it should have been. There was a dirt spot that cleaned off and a snag.
Office furniture
We were a little nervous about buying furniture without having the opportunity the see it however I glad that we took the risk and bought this piece. I like the quality of the pieces. The white glove service is highly appreciated and recommend it.
Beautiful table but one flaw
This table is beautiful. I love the lines. Feels nice and sturdy. Love the curved lines. Two things I would improve: the top drawer should be a push latch like the bottom drawer. The bottom drawer is quite large. However, the drawer doesn’t come out far enough to make it fully usable space. It is almost impossible to get items in or out of. Extremely frustrating! The choice of drawer hardware is quite likely the limiting factor here.

Love this sectional
I have been searching for a sectional for over a year that would fit this space. I could not find what I was looking for anywhere until I came across an advertisement for castlery. I immediately ordered a swatch and compared it to other swatches I had received from other companies. There was no comparison in quality, color, texture or durability. I have received so many compliments on this sectional. It is incredibly comfortable, and I love that you can add pieces to help fit your space. 10/10
Best ottoman out there
This ottoman/sectional combo has been a great addition to our living room. It moved easily so you can place it on any area you need in front of your sectional it’s also incredibly durable and the leather is so soft. We have pets and there is no sign of wear from them sitting or walking on the ottoman.
Love the versatility
I love that you can add or move pieces around with this sectional. We added an additional armless sofa to fit the space in our living room. I love that if we move, we can still utilize this sectional in a space by adding or removing the armless sofa and can still utilize it somewhere else in our home. 10/10 would recommend these pieces! They arrived timely and had 0 issues with scheduling delivery.
BUYERS BEWARE!!
FELT LIKE I WAS GETTING SCAMMED!! Nightmare situation + worst experience! I paid for ROC but dumped it on my 1st flr blocking my stairwell causing a 200lb fire hazard! Customer service useless; you play telephone no real answers, endless calls & fake apologizes. Finally got it upstairs to find it damaged. If you fix it takes 17wk and a $100 credit. Hell NO returned it but took 4 wks. They fought me on shipping fee had to involve my bank in the end. Completely unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
