This sofa is not what we expected. And we received the sofa in the wrong orientation! Castlery customer support has been appalling (hard to reach, phone lines are blurry, and they disconnect you when they don’t want to deal with it). Finally on emails with them and they are unwilling to fix their error. They want us to pay the restocking fees. Never again will order anything from this unethical company.
