No hardware and left the bed in my room
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My bed was delivered last week missing all hardware, making it impossible to assemble or use. After contacting customer service, I was advised to keep the item and wait for a team to come assemble it. However, I’ve received no confirmed timeline, no proactive updates, and no resolution.

Great Bed
this is a great quality and good looking bed, the storage drawers are big and wide and is great for storing things. one thing to note that i overlooked is that the full size bed doesnt have the storage draw in the front like the queen and king beds tho. not a big deal but just something i missed
Beautiful shape but the Fabric is a challenge
I loved my sofa from the moment I saw it online and then in my home! The challenge came with use. The fabric pills really bad and it puts up color from jeans or dark pants too easily. So now the sofa just looks terrible. Any help with have to prevent or fix would be great!

Looks Great, Only Upholstered Platform Bed w/Rounded Corners
This bed looks great without showing any legs at the corners, plus the rounded corners at the end looks clean and modern vs. the typical squared off ends. The winged headboard adds a classic touch without extending too far out. Only wished they offered more colors but since it's a neutral color, decorating should be quite easy. This will go with the Seb 4 drawer dresser, 2 drawer nightstand, and the Lumi area rug. I'll post photos as soon as the room is put together. 4/19/2026.
Modern, Stylish, and Un-traditional
The entire shipping box was so heavy, over 175 lbs, it took 2 guys to bring it into my house. Anyway this perfect-sized dresser for my apartment is beefy and substantial; it took about 30 minutes to assemble by myself but required a second person to place upright. It's also perfectly level. So now I have this, plus the Seb 2 drawer nightstand, queen size Dalton Bed and the Lumi area rug for my bedroom. I'll post photos soon once the room is setup. 4/19/2026.
Great light, BUT...
My electrician dropped a glass shade while installing. These aren't standard sizes. I couldn't find any replacements. CS said: "regarding Part G (glass lamp shade). The price is $120 per piece. As this item is not sold in the market, it will need to be specially procured directly from our manufacturer. Because of this, the estimated lead time is approximately 16–17 weeks. Kindly note that a shipping fee of $99 will also be applicable." Have to replace the entire light if you break a piece. FYI

This table is solid and absolutely stunning. The chairs are so comfortable, we love that the seat is deep. We returned the bench because it did not nest under the table. So we exchanged it for two chairs. I can’t stop looking at it because it is so lovely!
