So Disappointed
I have been so excited to finally order and receive my new Dalton Storage Bed. I paid for the white glove service so it would be put together correctly. I went to move my bed over a little bit and the frame underneath and the tracks for the drawers all came apart. Most things were not screwed in and some were screwed in incorrectly. A wheel from one of the drawers fell off too and the holes were drilled so large, I cannot get the screws to stay in to hold the wheel.
Love all the storage and looks great too
This was super easy to assemble, just attach the legs and the brackets at the back of each hutch. The drawers close nice and tight and the consol doors are soft close. It's another fine piece of quality solid wood furniture. I've gotten lots of compliments on it. I could not figure out how to adjust the door to make it level. There are instructions but it didn't make sense to me. This would fit a 50 inch tv if it were half an inch wider. I may get one anyway and just pull it forward.

Beautiful Dining Table
I recently received my Castlery Vincent Dining Table and love it so much. I was a little worried at first about ordering online from a retailer that doesn’t have a physical storefront where you can go see the table in person but my worry was relieved immediately when I opened the box. The quality is top tier. The table looks beautiful (exactly like you see it on the website) and it is very sturdy. This will be a table my family will enjoy for years.

Relaxing on butter!
Our Jaron slim arm chair is the most comfortable chair we have ever had in our home. Not only is the leather as soft as butter, but the reclining mechanism works smoothly and can accommodate different sizes and shapes. The color is exactly as shown on the advertisement. As you relax into the chair the quiet reclining surrounds your body in absolute comfort and luxury. You can sit straight or curl up inside the oversized seat. The white glove delivery was perfect! We love our chair!

This is not a quality piece. While it’s extremely (extremely) heavy, the storage space is minimal and the drawers do not align well. Would not recommend.

Decent bed for the money
Overall, a good product. With the removable cover there is wrinkling that occurs so you need to be careful about how it’s put on. The drawers are huge with plenty of space for storage.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship.
This was my first time ordering from CASTLERY, and I was hesitant since I couldn’t see the furniture in person. But once it arrived, I was truly impressed. Delivered without hardware pack with no updates
I was looking forward to receiving the table in time for Christmas. Now the table is lying in assembled in my dining room because it came without the hardware pack. It’s been more than 2 working days and customer service still has no updates on when the hardware pack will be shipped and when they can arrange for the installers to return. I paid for white glove delivery. It’s really disappointing.
