Stunning sideboard!
I cannot say enough good things about this sideboard table. Every single person who has seen this piece has asked where we got it and pulled up the site immediately. It is so gorgeous and incredible quality. Solid wood and such a stunning color. It is a very neutral piece. We wanted something to go with cool tone woods and weren’t sure it would be right. It works so well and will be the perfect added storage we needed. HIGHLY recommend.
Perfect Chandelier for our space!
This chandelier is gorgeous. I was nervous about the quality as this was the first item I purchased from Castlery and the price was very good. The shades are bigger than I thought in a great way. They are such good quality. We will be purchasing one of the larger ones for our entryway. If you are thinking about it, just do it.
Poor customer service
I ordered this couch a month ago. I wasn't able to open until 2 weeks after I purchased the couch because of renovations. After opening the boxes the hardware and legs were missing. I contacted customer service multiple times with no solution. The response was we will get back to you in 1-2 business days. It has been a week since I contacted and no one has helped to supply me with the legs and hardware for the couch. I am starting to believe I will be sitting on a legless couch

Quality Bed
My home is quickly becoming a Castlery showroom, and it’s due to pieces like these! What a bed! Pictures don’t do it justice and I need to upgrade my bedding. I had a lot of trouble assembling the bottom left corner as the parts wouldn’t align. The left corner arrived scraped up in that same corner. Unsure if it was related but overall so pleased with this bed. The leather is awesome even with scuffs and the bed’s hardware sturdy. No issues with squeaking.

Moonstruck or Starstruck!?
Starstruck with this heavenly rug. This rug exceeded my expectations! It’s so plush yet dense and feels premium. I’m so delighted with the pattern that I ended up placing it in my dining room space. For those with a curious eye, this is Castlery’s Vincent Dining Table set. I swapped the rug out and placed the Atmore rug bc it brings out the wood patterns nicely in person.
Exactly what we were hoping for!
We were in the market for a clean, modern low profile bed and we certainly found it at Castlery. It was easy to assemble and looks great in our new home.
Fabric Pills
I’ve had this sofa for 3 months and have noticed significant pilling. I’ve never had this problem with upholstered furniture. We live in an adult only home and it is used minimally. I contacted customer service and was offered $100 to purchase an upholstery shaver. Honestly, I don’t want to shave a brand new sofa. I do not recommend the Dawson Sofa.

The most beautiful heavy duty TV stand
This stand is the most beautiful heavy duty TV stand! The marble on top really shines and goes well with the actual cabinets and feet stand below. We needed something to house all of our electronics, but also be lifted off the ground so that we weren't looking down. We have a 65inch tv and it fit perfectly on top with the soundbar. It all came pre-assembled except for the feet needing to be screwed on. It's a pretty heavy lift, but worth the money in build quality.
Great for the price
Bought this bench for my sunroom to be used as a shoes storage for daily shoes on and off. Overall the bench seems to have a very good quality, it would be 5stars, if the bench cushion had a nonslip fabric underneath. Also, its necessary to be aware about the sliding doors, if its is going to be used as a shoes storage, a big sized shoe can block the doors from open/shutting. I loved it and I will keep it to store my kids shoes.
