castleryThank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand how shedding can be a concern, and want to assure you it’s a normal trait of handmade rugs, especially in the early months. The good news is, it usually lessens significantly with regular use over 3 to 6 months.
To help manage it, we recommend vacuuming with low suction and varying the direction to remove loose fibers more effectively. This is also outlined in our care guidelines, but if the shedding continues or you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to our support.

Customer service was excellent. However the “Clay” rug in person the rug has a yellowish undertone. Color in person not as depicted online. Customer service was willing to work on sending a different rug but not a pickup. Too much work on my end so i’m sticking with it. Feels good on feet but it sheds alot. Hoping that calms down after a few more vacuums.
