Very professional crew member at the Orchard Flagship store. I believe her name is Tikah Sheikh. Gave us space to look around and promptly processed our order when we r ready. I changed my mind a day after placing order. My email was very promptly attended to. The whole process was a breeze and staff communicates really well. I received my order just 7 days later!
