Promotional Codes

The Castlery Club

By joining The Castlery Club, you are subject to Castlery’s Terms of Use and Castlery’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for The Castlery Club:

Eligibility. Customers will be required to create a Castlery account to join The Castlery Club. Customers with existing Castlery accounts will be part of The Castlery Club by default. Only one account may be associated with a single email address.

Credits. Credits will be added into the customer account after a qualifying action is done, unless explicitly specified. Credits are valid for customers of www.castlery.com/sg. All issued credits are non-transferable and will expire after 1 year of inactivity on the Castlery website unless stated. If credits are not redeemed within this period, the credits will expire. Customers with qualifying credits can redeem them for vouchers in the following conversions:

• 50 credits = $50 off (min. spend $1,000)
• 100 credits = $100 off (min. spend $1,500)
• 200 credits = $200 off (min. spend $2,000)
• 300 credits = $300 off (min. spend $2,800)

Vouchers. Vouchers can be redeemed using credits earned by the customer through qualifying methods. Vouchers are unique and tied to your account when you redeem them. Vouchers are only applicable to the cost of products and are not applicable on shipping costs unless explicitly specified. Vouchers are valid for customers of www.castlery.com/sg. Vouchers are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless stated. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or promotional codes unless stated. Vouchers cannot be used on Limited Edition Collection products. Vouchers cannot be used on Customisation Service. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or credits. Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively on past orders. Birthday Reward

The Birthday Reward will be issued on the first of every month via email. To be eligible, The Castlery Club members must have made at least one purchase before and add their birthday to their profile at least seven days before their birthday month begins. Eligible members will receive a Birthday Reward that can be used once during their birthday month. The Birthday Reward is unique and tied to your account. The Birthday Reward is only applicable to the cost of products and are not applicable on shipping costs unless explicitly specified. The BIrthday Reward is valid for customers of www.castlery.com/sg. Castlery Review Voucher

After placing a published review on www.castlery.com/sg, 30 credits (text review) or 50 credits (image review) will be added into your Castlery account (www.castlery.com/sg/rewards). The issued credits are non-transferable and will expire after 1 year of inactivity on the Castlery website unless stated.

Credits can be redeemed for vouchers as outlined in the “Credits” section above. Redeemed vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or promotional codes unless stated. Redeemed vouchers are single use only and must be used in a single checkout process. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. SG60 Giveaway (“Giveaway”) starts from July 28, 2025 and closes on Aug 4, 2025. (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is hosted by Castlery, and requires each Participant to enter their email. (“Entry”). Limit to one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the contestant. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Valid for NEW subscribers only. SG60 New Subscriber Giveaway: Three (3) winners will be chosen from all valid entries. This Giveaway is open to all customers who submit a valid and new email subscription. By participating in this Giveaway, Participants are consenting to Castlery’s usage of personal data in connection with the giveaway and release Castlery, from and against any and all liability or claims for any and all legal claims, injury, loss, illness, litigation or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of the Prize. The Winner must present adequate proofs of identity that tally with submitted entry details before being eligible to redeem the Prize. If the Winner is uncontactable within 3 business days, the Prize may be forfeited. Corporate Partner Discounts

Corporate partner discount (“Promotion”) is available for purchases for a calendar year from creation of promo code. The 15% off full priced items offer (“Offer”) will be applied when the unique promo code is keyed in at a single check out. Castlery Referral Terms

As a participant of Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend Program (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Castlery’s Terms of Use and Castlery’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend program:

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.castlery.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who

Customer Feedback Giveaway

Customer Feedback Giveaway (“Giveaway”) takes place from the first calendar day to the last calendar day of every quarter. (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is hosted by Castlery, and requires each Participant to complete a survey (“Entry”).

Limit to one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the contestant. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.

One (1) winner will be chosen from all valid survey entries. This Giveaway is open to all customers who submit a valid survey entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway: 1) Employees of Castlery (temporary and permanent) and members of their immediate family; 2) Permanent employees of any vendors that are directly involved in organising or conducting the Giveaway. Final decision of Winners will be made at the sole discretion of Castlery. The winner will be contacted via email at the end of the giveaway period.

The $500 off min. spend $5000, $950 off min. spend $7,500, $1,500 off min. spend $10,000 (“Offer”) will be applied when the unique promo code is keyed in at a single checkout, where the minimum purchase amount is reached (“Spend Amount”).
