Love the Dawson
Absolutely love the Dawson. Its high end without being pretentious and the quality is amazing. So many compliments on this bed whenever we have guests over. The performance fabric has absolutely lived up to it’s intention. Great Quality!
The quality of this bed frame is great. We have a heavy Purple mattress and the lift is able to hold it up easily. Installation took around 1.5-2 hours and the instructions were clear. High quality and stylish bed!
We love it! At first we were concerned it was too large for our room, but the function/form more than make up for it. I like that excess bedding drapes on the ledge rather than touches the floor. The sides themselves are additional spaces to set items on. The cushiony edges are great for when we want to replace bedsheets - we kneel on the frame ledges while doing so, making the process more ergonomic. We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
