Great Quality but Extension Takes Getting Used To
The dining table is solid and looks great. The chairs are good quality but quite heavy. I chose the white glove service and highly recommend it, as there was a lot of packaging and everything was cleared after installation. One downside is the extension section — when not extended, it’s easy to bump your knees, so it’s better to keep it extended when hosting. After-sales support was slow, and even a small query took 2–3 hours to resolve.

Beautiful TV Unit with Excellent Storage
The TV unit is beautiful and quite sturdy. There is plenty of storage and good ground clearance for cleaning. It was well packaged, just keep in mind that it’s quite heavy, so it would be best assembled by two people. I initially thought the drawer handles would be flimsy, but they are sturdy as well. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product and the packaging.
