Castlery Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

As a participant of Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend Program (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Castlery’s Terms of Use and Castlery’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend program:
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.castlery.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who
arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link.
is a first-time purchaser at Castlery
has an order greater than AUD$1,000 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.
is shipping to an address in Australia
You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (must be a different name, delivery address, email, and phone number). The Referred Customer will be required to sign up for a Castlery account to receive their $100 voucher. The Referral Reward for the Referred Customer can only be used once, on their first order above $1,000. The Referral Reward for the Referred Customer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The Referral Reward for the Referred Customer cannot be combined and does not apply to separate orders whose cumulative value is $1,000 or more. The Referral Reward for the Referred Customer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.
Referral Reward. Referrer will receive their 100 credits (a “Referral Reward”) 14 days after Referred Customer has received the product and has not cancelled or returned the order. The Referral Reward will be added into the Referrer’s Castlery account. The Referral Reward is non-transferable and will expire after 1 year of inactivity on the Castlery website unless stated. Referrer can choose to redeem their credits for vouchers in the following conversions:
50 credits = $50 off (min. spend $1,000), redeemed twice over two separate purchases
100 credits = $100 off (min. spend $1000)
The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar month may be no more than 5 Qualified Referrals. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
If more than one Referrer refers the same Referred Customer, only one Referrer will be eligible for the Referral Reward. Only the Referrer who's unique Refer-a-Friend program link has been used by the Referred Customer to make their first purchase will be eligible for the Referral Reward. In the event of any dispute, Castlery shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine which Referrer is eligible for the Referral Reward.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Castlery’s sole discretion.
No Combination. Referral Rewards obtained by the Referrer through this program can be combined with other credits you have earned from qualifying actions in The Castlery Club, as long as these actions are done under the same account. Credits earned from separate accounts cannot be combined. Credits can be redeemed for vouchers. All redeemed vouchers cannot be combined with other Promotional Codes offered by Castlery. Vouchers cannot be used on Limited Edition Collection products. The Referral Reward for the Referred Customer cannot be combined or used on separate orders whose cumulative value is $1,000 or more.
No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Castlery’s Refer-a-Friend program.
Right to Close Accounts. Castlery reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Castlery Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Castlery reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unredeemed Referral Rewards will be forfeited at that time.
