During our GSS sales period, you may have the option of interest-free instalments via OCBC, Amex, UOB, DBS/POSB or Standard Chartered credit cards for purchases over a set amount. Do note that Standard Chartered interest-free instalments are only available with purchases made at the showroom.

Can I view the furniture in a showroom before purchasing?

If you prefer the tactile experience of viewing our furniture products in person, you can absolutely come down to our showroom and decide which items you want to purchase during our GSS promotional sales period. Our physical store is conveniently located at Liat Towers, 541 Orchard Road #02/03-02, Singapore 238881. Open from 10am-pm daily, this timing may vary on public holidays so do check our Google listing before coming down!

Basic shipping fees apply to all items by default, and delivery times and charges may vary depending on location and type of item purchased during the Great Singapore Sale.

Please note that all transactions are processed in SGD, and your order will only be shipped once Castlery receives full payment. Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

If you change your mind after purchasing furniture during our Great Singapore Sale, you can still cancel your order online and receive a full refund as long as you notify us at least 5 full business days before the agreed date of delivery. Do note that this policy may not extend to items that are described as "Customised" or "Customisable" or on clearance.
