Great light, BUT...
APR 19, 2026My electrician dropped a glass shade while installing. These aren't standard sizes. I couldn't find any replacements. CS said: "regarding Part G (glass lamp shade). The price is $120 per piece. As this item is not sold in the market, it will need to be specially procured directly from our manufacturer. Because of this, the estimated lead time is approximately 16–17 weeks. Kindly note that a shipping fee of $99 will also be applicable." Have to replace the entire light if you break a piece. FYI

The lamp design is unique, and because of its specialised components, any replacement parts need to be sourced directly from the manufacturer.
