DO NOT BUY! MISLEADING PHOTOS. NOT GREEN AT ALL
I ordered these stands because the color shown in the photos matched my bedroom decor. When they arrived, they were BROWN and nothing like the photos. Customer support confirmed they are “LACQUER GRAY” and said studio lighting makes them appear green online. I requested a return due to misleading photos, but was told I’d still be charged a 20% RESTOCKING FEE regardless. Charging customers for inaccurate advertising is unacceptable. Avoid. The smell is overwhelming
Good size and well made. We have the whole Sloane series. Dinning set, TV console and now the side tables. Been having headaches sleeping next to it for 2 night. The 2 dehumidifier trying thier hardest to clean the smell. Think they need to try and find a way not to use glue with such a bad effect on people? In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
