Love the Rio Teak Chaise Lounges
I ordered 4 of these and had to wait a while but 100% worth the wait. I shopped around for a while and I have ordered from Castlery before so I knew it would be exceptional quality. These are wonderful. I ordered the treated teak and the color is perfect. The cushions are really nice quality but very firm which I think is good long term. They have velcro to secure them and the hardware on the chaise is very high end. I also got the covers which are very easy to use. We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.

We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
