Choosing rug is not easy. We look all the rugs in the shop and finally choose this one. When it placed in our place, we know that we didnt have a mistake, love it!
I’ve been trying to get the two area rugs I ordered for my new place returned due to wrong size. Reached out to Castlery within 30 days of receiving my order. They acknowledged my return request but refused to do anything about it. No response and disregard my my return request. I paid over $1200 for two rugs, never open package. Don't do business with Castlery. Such a dishonest company.

The rug design was nice but only after a few days, the white knots start to come out in many areas. I vacuum normally, mostly using robot vacuum with normal suctions. The surface is also a bit rough with some areas having spiky jute. I would not recommend this rug despite the lovely design.

As each of our rugs is handmade, some irregularities in the loops are natural and reflect the unique character of handwoven craftsmanship. Instead of pulling them, you may trim gently with scissor.
