APR 21, 2026Like it even more in person. Will say it isn’t as white as it appeared online but I’m glad for that. Material was a little thicker almost like a textured linens, which I also appreciate. My only feedback is that the item was dirty as pointed out by the delivery person (covered by slipcover) and the hydraulic lifts seem too small for the weight of the seat. It takes a lot of force to open it and I'm a young healthy female who lifts weights. Kind of surprised how much effort it takes to lift it.

More brown than expecting, good quality
APR 8, 2026The slipcovers for the Agnes couch are very well made! My cat does pull the fabric a little bit but claws don’t get stuck. The mustard brown is a tad darker than I would have liked.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
