Disappointing quality
MAY 15, 2026Looks good on a sunny day but poor quality. Joints need to be bent and forced together, one of which cracked. Poor dove joints left proud on arm with gaps that water will get into. The covers they sell do not come even close to fitting, somethings gone horribly wrong there, guessing they pair it will many types of products. The. For the money I would have purchased a different product from a different company that doesn’t outsource building to a poor country that don’t understand quality demands

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot. However, if your order is shipped via FedEx, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.

Note any last-minute changes or requests sent in less than 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date will be subjected to a re-delivery fee of £120. Business days are defined as M-F and do not include public holidays.
