Love the Rio Teak Chaise Lounges
I ordered 4 of these and had to wait a while but 100% worth the wait. I shopped around for a while and I have ordered from Castlery before so I knew it would be exceptional quality. These are wonderful. I ordered the treated teak and the color is perfect. The cushions are really nice quality but very firm which I think is good long term. They have velcro to secure them and the hardware on the chaise is very high end. I also got the covers which are very easy to use. Yes, we're happy to help you do so at no additional cost before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
