Good Quality, Awful Fulfillment Process

Quality 5 stars, but the experience after purchase has been TERRIBLE. When we started assembly we realized they shipped us two left segments (boxes labeled left and right). The replacement process has been AWFUL. BEWARE of any issue that requires customer service. It took over a week for acceptance of the error. We placed our order 6 weeks ago and it's been over 3 weeks since the original delivery and still no replacement. FYI this company has no "actual" US presence, only based in Singapore.
