I really love the Lena sofa. It completely fits the theme of my living room and visitors have commented it makes the whole place looks inviting and cozy. The seating depth is on the deeper side which means you will "sink" towards the back of the sofa. Perfect for lounching. The sofa design is very good for my small space. The slim arms gives more usable seating space and the raised legs makes the space feel larger.
The ottoman can serve as a footrest, extra seating, coffee table with tray or as a chaise extension.
The removable covers (cleaning practicality) and replacement cover availability were the game-changers combined with pocket spring seats 💜🩷

Really loving the sofa!
I don’t have a big space, so it took me some time to shop for a sofa. While I wanted to find a pet-friendly sofa, most of them were pretty bulky. So when I found that this sofa has performance fabric, and the shade that I want - cream, I knew that this might be the one. The structure is slim, meaning the back and the sides are slim so that really made it look compact, with slim black legs to complement it. In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot. However, if your order is shipped via FedEx, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.

Note any last-minute changes or requests sent in less than 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date will be subjected to a re-delivery fee of £120. Business days are defined as M-F and do not include public holidays.
