Disappointing
Looks good on a sunny day but poor quality. Joints need to be bent and forced together, one of which cracked. Poor dice joints left proud on arm with gaps that water will get into. The covers they sell fit very poorly and are definitely not fit to protect against winter months. Yes, we're happy to help you do so at no additional cost before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
