Rio Aluminum Chairs
Chairs arrived 2 to a box, fully assembled (except the cushion). Metal is a dark grey color. Cushions are a neutral color with soft grey and beige tones. Cushion is thin, velcros on to slats of chair underside. Has a zipper closure. Easy to replace with cushion of choice if you need thicker or different color. I plan to add some lumbar pillows for color, but the chair is comfortable and supportive on its own. Welding is nice and no screw holes show. Modern and looks great. We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you opt to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.

Note any last-minute changes or requests sent in less than 3 business days before your scheduled delivery date will be subjected to a re-delivery fee of $100. Business days are defined as M-F and do not include Statutory and public holidays.
