Love the Dawson
Absolutely love the Dawson. Its high end without being pretentious and the quality is amazing. So many compliments on this bed whenever we have guests over. The performance fabric has absolutely lived up to it’s intention. High quality and stylish bed!
We love it! At first we were concerned it was too large for our room, but the function/form more than make up for it. I like that excess bedding drapes on the ledge rather than touches the floor. The sides themselves are additional spaces to set items on. The cushiony edges are great for when we want to replace bedsheets - we kneel on the frame ledges while doing so, making the process more ergonomic. Cute and aesthetic bedframe. Timeless design, the linen covers were a bit hard to squeeze on but once you get past that part it's great. Beautiful, Practical, and Easy to Maintain
I love my Dawson bed, and the removable cover is one of my favorite things about it. The Beach Linen is beautiful in person—soft, neutral, and easy to work into the rest of my space. Being able to remove the cover for cleaning makes such a huge difference with an upholstered bed, especially long-term. It still looks polished and substantial without feeling too precious. This includes the spot where you plan to place the item, as well as any doorways, corridors, stairwells, and elevators the item will need to pass through during delivery. Doing so helps ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Yes, we're happy to help you do so at no additional cost before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
We'll let you know as soon as your items reach our warehouse and are ready for dispatch! If you had opted to group all items into one shipment during checkout, we will update you once the last item arrives.
Your order will then be processed and allocated to one of our carriers, who will contact you with a proposed delivery timeslot (typically a 4-hour window). However, if your order is shipped via FedEx/UPS, you won't be contacted and may instead track your parcel online to ensure availability during delivery.
We work closely with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your items will be safely packed and in good hands!
We offer 3 types of delivery service options: Standard, Room of Choice, or White Glove. By default, we provide Standard Shipping. You can select Room of Choice or White Glove in addition to the Standard Delivery at your own discretion.
Please note that unpacking, assembly, and rubbish removal are not included in our standard shipping fees. We also do not offer expedited shipping services.
