What kind of furniture do you carry?

We design and produce Scandinavian inspired functional furniture to provide the ideal look to all homes.

How is Castlery able to offer competitive prices without compromising on quality?

While offering competitive prices is one of our objectives, we maintain high manufacturing standards by sourcing from reliable suppliers with fine craftsmanship. We also consolidate orders to cut down on logistics costs and cut out the middleman meaning maximum savings to you.

Where is your furniture from?

Our furniture is from South East Asia or directly from our own factories.

How do I request for a fabric swatch?

You may request a fabric swatch by clicking Free Fabric Swatch link which is shownin red text under the 'Material' options on each product page. Customers can select up to 3 fabric swatches which we will post to you free of charge!

Can I view your products in person?

Yes, you can! We have a studio located at 2 Alexandra Road, #01-03A Singapore 159919. We encourage appointment bookings so we can better prepare for your visit! Book your appointment here!

Do you have a showroom? Can I buy items from the showroom?

Yes! Our studio is open from Mondays to Sundays including most public holidays. The opening hours are as follows:
Mon-Fri: 9:30am – 8:00pm
Sat, Sun and P.H: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

We welcome all visits however if you book an appointment we can better prepare for your visit. Book your appointment here!

You may place order directly in the studio as well, our friendly sales team will assist you with any questions you have!

Should I measure the area I would like to furnish before I place an order?

For large furniture items, we recommend you measure the space where your piece will go and any doorways / elevator it needs to pass to get there. This will ensure that your furniture arrives safely at your home.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Our customer support team are more than happy to assist you place an order over the phone.

Do you offer instalment?

Yes, we do! We offer interest free instalments with OCBC, Amex or Standard Chartered(SC) credit cards.

You can email us at help@castlery.com and the sales team will be able to advise further on the instalment plans.

What currency are you using?

All prices stated are in SGD Currency.

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal. All payments are charged in SGD. Please note goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Castlery.

Can I use multiple methods of payment in one transaction?

Yes, it is possible. i.e. You can pay the bill in mutliple cards or in both cash and credit cards.

I cannot find my order confirmation / tax invoice, can you please resend it?

Do your products come assembled?

Castlery furniture does not come pre-assembled. However, we do provide white glove delivery for most items except lightings whereby the delivery is done to your door step and our friendly delivery team will install and place the items at your preferred position.

Can I self-collect the furniture?

Unfortunately, we do not have self-collection services available at the moment. Sorry about that!
